Biden issued an Executive Order(27,28), on March 9, 2022, that paves the way for the worldwide spread of Xi’s illegal fake-digital-dollars:
US acting President China Joe signed an executive order(29-30), that will help pave the way for President Xi’s fake-digital-dollars. It basically says that all banks that are used for fake-digital-dollar’s must be secure. It doesn’t say that President Xi’s fake-digital-dollars are illegal and criminal.
Xi’s military now owns the windows operating system code and the code from major banking code companies.(31) With these tools, Xi can prove that most world banks are not secure. He will claim that his banks for his fake-digital-dollars are secure and can’t be hacked. This is simply not true. His banks are not secure. It’s just that the rest of the world follows international laws and hacking is illegal. No one is trying to hack Xi’s banks because they would go to jail. But in China hacking is done by Xi’s million-man military and hackers are paid. Under Xi, they never go to jail.
Xi has over one-million, oppressive, military personnel dedicated to hacking US computers and world banks. Thousands of times each day they test for US banking, government and military vulnerabilities. In Chapter 7, you will see Xi used his fake-digital-dollars to buy up the code for banking software companies and the code for the windows operating systems. This makes every world bank and every government agency in America vulnerable.
