Is it time to take our government back when the highest
courts in the land refuse to hear the proof of the
overthrow of our government?
On December 11, 2020 the Supreme Court refused to hear a case from states regarding other states’ election irregularities.
Here is their order:(70)
BACKGROUND:
The state of Texas had asked the Supreme Court on December 7, 2020, for permission to sue the four battleground states in an attempt to protect the integrity of the 2020 election.(71) On Friday, December 11, 2021, the US Supreme Court rejected the Texas appeal for them to sue Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin over their potentially illegal activities that led them to cast electoral votes.
As was shown in Chapter 3, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin were four out of five of the swing states to have election interference by foreign and domestic actors.
