The Communist Manifesto states that the first stage in communism is to destroy the existing government through a bloody revolution and create anarchy. One must also destroy the morality of the people so that the people will not unite and fight back. Defunding our police is a great first step towards creating anarchy. Defunding our police forces the people to question; If the government is not going to protect us, then why should we have any government at all? Not having any police promotes lawlessness and destruction of our cities.
The House Judiciary Committee listed all of the cities that defunded the police.218
