Is it time to take our government back when
enemies use our government to take our guns?
Hitler, Stalin, Castro, and Mussolini all seized upon gun laws to punish, incarcerate, and exterminate their opponents, while permitting their own evil cliques to expand and strengthen the state and party monopolies with their gun ownership.221 Biden openly boasted to our enemies, including Xi and his cyber-espionage military community, that he will work outside of Congress’s lawmaking abilities to control our guns. He did this through two White House briefings on the same day.
On April 7, 2021 the White House briefing room announced that Biden will work outside of Congress to make gun control laws by issuing billions of dollars in grants to communities and organizations who demonstrate support for gun control.222
- The Justice Department, within 30 days, will issue a proposed rule to help stop the proliferation of “ghost guns.”
- The Justice Department, within 60 days, will issue a proposed rule to make clear when a device marketed as a stabilizing brace effectively turns a pistol into a short-barreled rifle subject to the requirements of the National Firearms Act.
- The Justice Department, within 60 days, will publish model “red flag” legislation for states.
- To fund gun control, the Administration is investing in evidence-based “Community Violence Interventions” (CVI). This is simply renaming “Gun Control” to “Community Violence Intervention.”
- The American Jobs Plan proposes a $5 billion investment over eight years.
- The Department of Health and Human Services is organizing a webinar and toolkit to educate states on how they can use Medicaid.
- Five federal agencies are making changes to 26 different programs.223
- The Justice Department will issue an annual report on firearms trafficking.
- The President will nominate David Chipman to serve as Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.
